• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any information contained on the Platform;
• Any warranty that the Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak3 and its owners, directors, employees, agents and content contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity with any operator referenced or described on the Platform;
• Reliance on any information, guide, review or commentary published on the Platform;
• Inability to access the Platform or any interruption in service;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions;
